Shooting on Öster Mälarstrand in Västerås. There is a large police operation underway on Öster Mälarstrand in Västerås, where a shooting occurred at a staircase to an apartment building. A person is said to have been seen leaving the scene on an electric scooter. No one is said to have been found injured, and at the moment no one has been arrested.
